Ekta Kumari holds a doctorate degree in law. With over eight years of career experience in a diverse legal environment, she has a great deal of expertise in legal research and analysis. Her experience includes all aspects of contract management, such as vetting, drafting, and negotiating, in addition to providing strategic legal advice to management. She has been a licensed advocate of the Bar Council of India since 2011 and is a member of the Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh. 

As a Legal Advisor and Project Coordinator of our company, she manages numerous corporate matters personally, from reviewing agreements to advising investment banking company clients and financial sponsors to provide advisory and financing services related to equity and debt capital markets, private placement transactions, due diligence, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.  With her diverse international experience as a legal professional, she advises on wide range of international infrastructure construction projects, across EMEA, APAC, and the US and outlines such contracts while safeguarding the client's needs, assisting the client with legal and corporate compliances such as privacy and data protection, negotiations, analyzing risks, and formulating the best possible solutions.  Apart from the above, she demonstrates “unmistakable professional integrity combined with an unparalleled work ethic and an unwavering commitment to excellence.”
